MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE
Our management is here to help! We are here to ensure your Atria at Crabtree experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!
Atria at Crabtree Valley offers a team of maintenance professionals ready to tend to any issues as soon as possible. Submit a maintenance request through our online portal for all non-emergency work orders or call our emergency maintenance line during or after work hours for emergencies.
Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Raleigh! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.
We ask that all non-emergency maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help. All emergencies should be called in to our emergency maintenance line and our on-call technician will call you back directly.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office or call our leasing team! Photo ID is required for all lockouts. If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance team and they can assist with broken locks or broken keys.

Atria at Crabtree is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. We allow up to 2 pets per home with a $350 non-refundable pet fee at move in, and monthly pet-rents of $25/per pet monthly. Contact our leasing office with any questions!
At Atria at Crabtree Valley, our apartments are here to help you do more of what you love. Cook in a kitchen complete with a gas-range stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Our apartment homes are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.
ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING
Once you apply, please send your income verification to us via email and we will send the CheckPoint ID verification link. We aim to approve all applications within 48 hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!
At Atria at Crabtree, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or certified funds!
When living at Atria at Crabtree apartments, Renter's Insurance is required. We offer a master policy for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd party policy. Any 3rd party Renters Insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. At or before move-in residents must upload 3rd party policy documents to Policyvalidator.com for validation.
For internet and cable providers you can use Spectrum, keeping in mind our property offers high-speed internet!
If your situation changes, we offer a buy-out option with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss the requirements for the buy-out agreement.
You will be responsible for setting up your electric service with Duke Energy Progress and gas service with Dominion Energy NC. We will provide the utility set-up information prior to moving into your new home!
Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent. Your water/sewer is sub metered through a third-party company called Conservice and you will be billed through us. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill with your rent through our online portal for added convenience!
We're glad to see you're interested in making Atria at Crabtree Valley your next home! Once you apply, our team will complete a credit & background check. Our credit check primarily looks at overall credit history. Some factors that could negatively impact your credit screening include credit history, quality & quantity, high debt load, payment behavior, collection accounts (excluding medical debt), bankruptcies, and evictions. Applicants also are required to provide income verification during the application process and must show they make 3x the monthly rent in order to qualify.
Yes! Atria at Crabtree Valley does accept guarantors for select approved applicants that have been approved with conditions. Once your application is approved with conditions, your guarantor will complete a separate application and provide income verification that shows they make 5x the monthly rent.
Applicants must provide proof of income during the application process that shows they make 3x the monthly rent.

Our apartments in Raleigh have an amazing location where public transportation is right within walking distance. The nearest city bus stop is right around the corner off of Glenwood Ave & Fairhill Dr.
Being located in Midtown Raleigh means access to everything you need is yours! We have many grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers right nearby. Grab your fresh groceries at Food Lion & Harris Teeter, before heading to your apartment to cook your latest favorite recipe. Meet up with friends on the weekend and fill your oversized closet with new finds from the shopping centers right nearby like Crabtree Valley Mall. That is just the beginning! We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these spacious Raleigh apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!
At our apartments in Raleigh, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities, valet trash and pest control fee.
Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.
We want Atria at Crabtree to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your move-in rent, security deposits, prorated pet rent if applicable, and non-refundable pet fee if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please contact our leasing office!
